1. Acceptance

By downloading and using WW hybrid (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your iPhone for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the App.
• Rent, lease, or lend the App to others.
• Use the App for any illegal or harmful purpose.

3. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

WW hybrid is a timer and workout planner. It is not a medical device, medical software, or health advice. The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

You assume all responsibility for your health and safety. Exercise carries inherent risk of injury. Before starting any exercise programme, especially if you are injured, unwell, pregnant, or new to exercise, consult a medical professional.

4. Assumption of Risk

You use WW hybrid entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for:

• Any injury, illness, or death resulting from your use of the App or the workouts described within it.
• Incorrect use of equipment or unsafe movement patterns.
• Failure to stop exercise when you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, or unusual shortness of breath.
• Heavy bag training injuries including hand, wrist, and joint damage — you are responsible for proper wraps, gloves, and technique.

5. Heavy Bag Training Safety

If you use the Bag Engine workouts, you acknowledge that heavy bag training carries additional risk. You agree to:

• Use proper hand wraps and boxing gloves at all times.
• Learn correct striking technique before working at high intensity.
• Stop immediately if you feel sharp or joint pain.
• Seek medical attention for any injury sustained during training.

6. Equipment

The App assumes you have access to, and are proficient with, any equipment listed in the selected workout (dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, heavy bag, etc.). We are not responsible for equipment failure, injury from equipment misuse, or lack of access to required equipment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WW hybrid and its creators from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the App or breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including all text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by WW hybrid. All rights are reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content from the App without written permission.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Scottish law. Any legal action or proceeding must be brought in the courts of Scotland.
